Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, coaching, collaborative, holistic, interactive, play-based, practical, skill-building, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy bush walking, cycling, playing board games, practicing mindfulness, running, staying fit and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as calm, collaborative, confident, curious, empathetic, encouraging, friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, respectful and thoughtful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people:
I love working with people. Hearing their stories, their wins, their challenges. I love the small, incremental changes that occur over time. Particularly when people start to feel that positive changes are occurring.
