Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2023.
  • I would describe my practice as adaptive, family-centred and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
  • I enjoy video gaming, with family or friends and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
  • People I work with often describe me as approachable, compassionate and empathetic, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.

What I like most about supporting people:

Getting to work with so many wonderful personalities each with their own journey, perspectives, and passions. Not just getting to know them on a surface level, but to really consider the individual's unique background, interests, and life experiences, and to tailor support specifically with that person in mind. To help others gain the tools necessary for them to live the life they truly want to live.
